Supplier Diversity Program
Superior Healthcare is committed to fostering
relationships with Small Businesses. The Supplier
Diversity Program is designed to ensure that businesses
of diverse backgrounds and ownership have the
opportunity to become valued suppliers to Superior
Healthcare. Small Business concerns, which are
Disadvantaged-Owned, Women-Owned, Veteran-Owned,
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and of the HUBZone
status, have equitable opportunities to compete for the
supply of products and services.
Superior Healthcare seeks suppliers who provide
consistently high quality products and services and who
deliver sustainable competitive advantage to our
business. We welcome all potential suppliers who can add
value to Superior Healthcare by providing best in class
products and services on a competitive and timely basis.
Supplier Diversity Program Policy Statement
Superior Healthcare has a deep commitment to Diversity.
One example of this is the establishment of our Supplier
Diversity Program that is directed by Joey Dixon, our
Business Development Director. As part of this program,
we actively seek out suppliers who are Small Businesses
that can add value to our supply chain and provide us
with an opportunity to increase our value to our
customers. The synergy this creates flows to benefit the
entire community. It is for this reason that we fully
support the Superior Healthcare Supplier Diversity
Program and expect all of Superior Healthcare employees
and affiliates to also support it.
In order to embrace our mission “to provide customers
with the best value in durable medical equipment,
orthotic and prosthetic devices and related services”,
Superior Healthcare requires a responsive and
cost-effective supply network. Small business vendors,
including disadvantaged-owned businesses, women-owned
businesses, veteran-owned businesses, service-disabled
veteran-owned businesses, and small businesses operating
from a HUBZone, are a vital part of fulfilling that
mission and our commitment to support our communities,
while providing our customers a positive, memorable
experience. Our success is measured by our ability to
create value for all of our stakeholders – small
business suppliers, customers and all of us that are
Superior Healthcare. |
